2. Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak times or holidays, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination, size, weight, and selected shipping method. Please check the checkout page for the most accurate shipping cost.

• Standard Shipping:Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days (for international orders).
• Express Shipping:Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days (for international orders).

Important:
Shipping fees are not free and will be calculated during checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Free shipping is not available.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order directly with the carrier.

5. Customs and Duties

For international shipments:

• Taxes and Duties: The prices shown at checkout include taxes and duties for some countries (when applicable). For other countries, duties and taxes are not included, and the recipient will be responsible for paying them upon arrival.

• We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

7. International Shipping

For international customers, we recommend:

• Tax ID: For certain countries (e.g., Chile, India, Mexico, Korea), a personal tax ID is required for customs clearance.
• Correct Name and Address: Ensure your name is correct (e.g., Hangul for Korean addresses) and the address is complete to avoid delays.

8. Return Shipping Costs

• Non-quality Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than quality (change of mind, incorrect item, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Quality-Related Returns: If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost, or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts and Non-Collection

If a delivery attempt fails, the recipient is not available, or the parcel is not collected:

• For international orders, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.

If the package is abandoned or not collected within the specified time, we may charge a 50% restocking fee, and the item may not be eligible for a refund.

10. Return Instructions

To return an item:

• Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed, including all original packaging, accessories, and the order number.
