📱 Step 1: Update the "Ata‘s Eye" App
Before configuring your robot, ensure your companion app is up to date on your smartphone:
- Open the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for Ata‘s Eye.
- Tap Update to install the latest version.

⚡ Step 2: Update the Robot Firmware
Once your app is updated, follow these simple steps to bring your ata05 to the latest firmware:
- Power On & Connect: Turn on your ata05 and connect your phone to the robot via Wi-Fi.
- Check for Updates: Open the Ata‘s Eye app and navigate to Settings > Firmware Update.

🛠️ Troubleshooting & Tips During Firmware Upgrade
If you encounter unexpected prompts or progress delays during the upgrade process, check these quick solutions:
- 💾 Prompt says "Please insert TF card to upgrade": Format your micro-SD / TF card, insert it into your ata05, restart the Ata‘s Eye app, and retry the update.
- ⏳ App still shows the old version after tapping Upgrade? Don't worry! The firmware update is actively running in the background. Do NOT close the app or power off the device. Please wait patiently for about 5 minutes for the process to complete automatically.
- 📶 Router Proximity: Always keep your ata05 close to your Wi-Fi router throughout the entire update process to ensure a stable network connection.
